Kylian Mbappe could well be the most in-demand teenager in Europe this summer.

He’s been at the forefront of Monaco’s impressive charge to the top of the Ligue 1 table and the semi-finals of the Champions League, netting 22 times in 37 appearances across all competitions.

That’s a mightily impressive return for an 18-year-old who made his debut less than two years ago and accordingly, the transfer vultures are already circling the two-cap international.

In fact, The Guardian claim Manchester United have already seen a £72million bid for the youngster rejected by Monaco, who want a world-record £100millon transfer fee for his signature if they’re to sell this summer.

With that in mind, we asked United fans earlier this week whether they’d back such a deal for the 5 foot 10 striker and according to our recent poll, the majority wouldn’t – with 65% voting against it.

It seems inevitable the Red Devils will sign a striker this summer with Wayne Rooney’s career winding down and Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s future unconfirmed, but the fans clearly think Mbappe doesn’t represent good value for money.
